Description
The Mab er guip was launched by the Chantier du Guip in 1985. It is a replica of the Vainqueur des Jaloux, Sinagot, built in 1933.It is classified as a Boat of Heritage Interest by the Maritime and River Heritage Foundation
The main dye for the veils is made from finely ground pine bark. Depending on the variety of pine, the colour can range from almost orange ochre to a fairly marked red.
